Previous disclosure period forms
All political parties, elected members, candidates, groups of candidates, third-party campaigners, and associated entities must submit political donation and electoral expenditure disclosures.
Even if no political donations were made or received or electoral expenditure was incurred during the relevant periods, a ‘Nil’ disclosure form must still be lodged.

Major political donor disclosures for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 were due 28 July 2022.
Half-yearly political donations (1 July to 31 December 2022)
Half-yearly political donation disclosures for the period 1 July to 31 December 2022 were due 13 February 2023.
Half-yearly political donations (1 January to 30 June 2023)
Half-yearly political donation disclosures for the period 1 January to 30 June 2023 are due on 11 August 2023.
Annual electoral expenditure (1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023)
Annual political donation disclosures for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 are due on 22 September 2023.

Major political donor disclosures for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 are due 11 August 2023.
