Allegations are reviewed in accordance with our Compliance and Enforcement Policy.

Receipt of your email will be acknowledged but the NSW Electoral Commission is not authorised under law to disclose the details or the outcomes of any investigation it may undertake, either to you or publicly.

Statistical information about the NSW Electoral Commission’s enforcement activities, and information about matters prosecuted in court, is published annually and tabled in the NSW Parliament.
