The use of images and information in this library is subject to the NSW Electoral Commission terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to any individual using the images in the library and, if applicable, the organisation or entity affiliated with individuals using the images.

The photos may only be used in the publication of news, current affairs, newsletters or online information relating to the NSW Electoral Commission, NSW State General elections or NSW Local Government elections.

They must not be used for any other commercial purposes such as marketing, advertising, brochures or sales materials without prior written consent from the NSW Electoral Commission.

They must not be altered or edited in any way other than to crop the images in the normal course to meet formatting requirements.

All intellectual property rights in the photos remain with the NSW Electoral Commission.

No permission is granted to use trademarks of the NSW Electoral Commission apart from the incidental appearance of such trademarks in the photograph(s)/imagery provided. The NSW Electoral Commission must be credited with supplying the photo. Credit should be given in the following format unless indicated otherwise:
