Aggregation of electoral expenditure for state elections


If a party endorses two or more candidates for an electoral district, the electoral expenditure of the candidates must be aggregated, and must not exceed the applicable cap for one endorsed Legislative Assembly candidate.

Electoral expenditure incurred by a party and by an endorsed candidate or group of the party at a Legislative Council election, must be aggregated and must not exceed the applicable cap for the party.

Electoral expenditure incurred by a party for a state election campaign and by an associated entity of the party, must be aggregated and must not exceed the applicable cap for the party.

Electoral expenditure incurred by a party for a state election campaign and by a Member of Parliament who is not a candidate at a state general election but who is a member of the party, must be aggregated and must not exceed the applicable cap for the party.

Electoral expenditure incurred by a candidate endorsed by a party for a state by-election and by the party, must be aggregated and must not exceed the applicable cap for the candidate.
