NSW State election 23 March 2019 – Get ready to vote

Applications now open for postal and iVote voting 
 
Applications are now open for postal and iVote online and telephone voting for the NSW State election being held on Saturday, 23 March 2019.
 
NSW Electoral Commissioner John Schmidt is encouraging any electors unable to vote in person on election day, to check their eligibility to use iVote or a postal vote. 
 
If you are going to be out of NSW on election day or if you have a disability you can use these voting options.

iVote is a form of voting via telephone or the internet.

You can apply to use iVote at ivote.nsw.gov.au or by calling 1300 2 iVote (1300 24 86 83) within Australia or +61 2 9290 5287 from overseas.
 
Applications for iVote close at 1pm on Saturday, 23 March 2019.

Votes can be cast using iVote from 8am on Monday, 11 March to 6pm on Saturday, 23 March 2019.

Postal vote applications can be made online or by post.
 
Postal vote applications close at 6pm on Monday 18 March 2019.
 
Postal vote ballot papers will be available from 11 March and must be returned by 6pm on Wednesday 27 March.
