Any submissions received by the Redistribution Panel will be published on this website for public inspection and comment. To allow for processing time, we anticipate that submissions will be published by Monday, 14 December 2020.

Your first initial, surname and any group, political party or organisation you represent will be also be published. The personal information we collect will be used to process your submission, and may also be used to send you information, reminders or surveys about the redistribution process. If you do not provide information requested, we may be unable to process your submission.

The Electoral Districts Redistribution Panel, NSW Electoral Commission staff and other persons/entities engaged by the Electoral Commission to exercise functions under the Electoral Act 2017 or any other relevant Act will have access to this form. Information on this form may be disclosed to others if legally required or authorised. Your information may be disclosed to others if legally required or authorised. Email redistribution@elections.nsw.gov.au for information about access to, and correcting, your personal information.

The Redistribution Panel reserves the right to not publish any submission that it deems obscene, offensive, frivolous or vexatious.
