Parties and candidates that satisfy the eligibility criteria under sections 66 and 68 of the Electoral Funding Act 2018 ('the Act'), and who were not excluded under section 70 of the Act, are eligible to receive payments from the Election Campaigns Fund for campaign expenditure in the 2019 NSW State Election.

Copies of disclosures and claims are published as PDFs, and for privacy reasons the names of some individuals have been redacted, where it appears the individual is not a candidate or political participant.

  1. Advance payment: 50% of the party's entitlement in the 2015 NSW State Election, paid between 1 October 2018 and 23 March 2019.
  2. Prepayment: 90% of the party's estimated entitlement for the 2019 NSW State Election less the advance payment, if the entitlement amount cannot be finalised within 14 days of the claim for payment being lodged. Paid within 14 days of claim lodged (after 2019 NSW State Election).
  3. Final payment: the balance of the party's finalised entitlement, if the full entitlement was not paid within 14 days of claim lodgement.

* Party has provided a shared funding direction for amounts shared between it and another party that endorsed the same candidates in the Legislative Council election.

** Net of adjustment payment made on 14 June 2021 following a reassessment by the NSW Electoral Commission.
