Update your registered details

The registered details of an agent include:

• the agent’s name

• the agent’s address

• the agent’s occupation

• the name of the party, associated entity or third-party campaigner that appointed the agent

If an agent’s registered details or contact details change, the agent should notify the NSW Electoral Commission so that we can continue to advise the agent of their electoral funding obligations.

The process to update registered details or contact details is done using Funding and Disclosure Online. Request access if you don’t yet have access, or login. Follow the step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process.

The online form is completed and submitted by the agent. If the form is approved by the NSW Electoral Commission the public register will be updated to show the updated registered details. The NSW Electoral Commission is required to publish the agent registers.
