Senior office holders
To be eligible for public funding, parties are required to provide a list of senior office holders and a summary of their roles and responsibilities to the NSW Electoral Commission.
This list includes:

senior office holders’ names
-
a summary of their roles and responsibilities.
Parties must use the appropriate form to promptly notify the NSW Electoral Commission of any changes to the details stated on the list of senior office holders.
A party is not eligible for public funding if it fails to provide a list of senior office holders or notify the NSW Electoral Commission of any changes.
Note: only parties that are registered under the Electoral Act 2017 or the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act 1912 may be eligible for public funding.
