Election Funding

New South Wales has a system of public funding for candidates and registered political parties at parliamentary elections.

There is also a system of disclosure of election expenditure and donations made and received by candidates, registered political parties and others at parliamentary elections.

Information regarding the obligations and entitlements of candidates, elected members, registered political parties and others can be found at the website of the Election Funding Authority.
