Commencing at the intersection of the mean low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean and the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 74, DP 227174: and bounded thence by that prolongation, boundary, a line, the northern boundary of Lot 73, DP 227174, a line, the northern boundary of Lot 22, DP 881850, westerly to the mean low water mark of generally south-eastern shore of Tuggerah Lake; by that mean low water mark, generally south-westerly to the north-western side of The Entrance Bridge; by that side, south-westerly to, again, the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Tuggerah Lake; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the generally south-western shore of that lake, generally south-westerly and generally north-westerly, Tumby Umbi Creek, upwards to Wyong Road; by that road, generally north-westerly, Cobbs Road, westerly, Sydney Newcastle Freeway, generally north-easterly to the generally northern boundary of Wyong Shire Council, gazetted 30th November 2001; by part of that boundary, generally easterly to Wyee Road; by that road, generally south-easterly, Pacific Highway, generally southwesterly to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 2, DP 256306; by that prolongation, boundary, a line, the southern boundary of Lot 3, DP 256306 and its prolongation, easterly to Scenic Drive; by that drive, south-easterly to Hammond Canal; by that canal, south-westerly to the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Budgewoi Lake; by that mean low water mark, generally south-easterly, the generally south-western bank of Budgewoi Creek, generally north-westerly and the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Lake Munmorah, generally north-easterly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of Pt Lot 413, DP 755266; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation, easterly to the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean, and by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally south-westerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
