Commencing at the intersection of the north-eastern prolongation of the generally north-western boundary of the City of Willoughby, gazetted 16th May 1941 with the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Middle Harbour: and bounded thence by that mean low water mark generally easterly, a line south-easterly across the mouth of Bantry Bay, and again that mean low water mark generally south-easterly to The Spit Bridge; by that bridge southerly to the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Middle Harbour; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the south-eastern shore of Long Bay generally south-westerly to the generally eastern boundary of North Sydney Council, gazetted 16th May 1941; by part of that boundary generally southerly to Military Road; by that road, the southern branch of Military Road and Falcon Street generally westerly, and Warringah Freeway, generally north-westerly to the eastern prolongation of Chandos Street; by that prolongation, street and its prolongation westerly to North Shore Railway; by that railway generally north-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of Broughton Road; by that prolongation, road and its prolongation south-westerly, Gore Hill Freeway, Longueville Road and Epping Road, generally westerly, Centennial Avenue, Greenlands Road and Greville Street and its prolongation, generally northerly to Blue Gum Creek; by that creek, upwards to the generally north-western boundary of the City of Willoughby; and by that boundary and its prolongation, aforesaid, generally north-easterly to the point of commencement.
