Commencing at the intersection of Warringah Road and the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Middle Harbour: and bounded thence by that mean low water mark generally south-easterly to the mouth of Bantry Bay; by a line south-easterly across that mouth to the mean low water mark of the generally eastern shore of Bantry Bay; by that mean low water mark generally northerly to the generally northern boundary of Manly Council, gazetted 24th July 1992; by part of that boundary easterly and generally south-easterly to the generally southern boundary of Manly Warringah War Memorial Park; by that boundary generally easterly and the eastern boundary of that park and its prolongation northerly to Manly Creek at Manly Dam; by that creek downwards to Sloane Crescent; by that crescent generally northeasterly, Condamine Street generally northerly, Pittwater Road generally north-easterly and Pacific Parade and its prolongation easterly to the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean; by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally northerly to the eastern prolongation of Wetherill Street; by that prolongation, street and its prolongation and Edgecliffe Boulevarde westerly, Veterans Parade southerly, Lantana Avenue westerly and Endeavour Drive north-westerly to the southern boundary of the RSL Retirement Villages; by part of that boundary and its prolongation westerly to the westernmost generally south-eastern shore of Narrabeen Lakes; by that shore generally south-westerly and the generally western shore of those lakes generally northerly to the eastern prolongation of the generally southern boundary of Garigal National Park; by that prolongation westerly to Wakehurst Parkway; by that parkway generally south-westerly, the southern side of Wearden Road, westerly to the southern prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 1073 DP 752038; by that prolongation, boundary, the western boundaries of Lots 1072 and 1071 of that DP, northerly, the generally south-western boundary of Lot 95, DP 869624, generally northwesterly and the generally north-eastern boundary of Lot 87, DP 869624 and its prolongation, generally south-westerly to Corymbia Circuit; by that circuit, generally south-westerly, Wearden Road, westerly, Forest Way, generally south-easterly and Warringah Road, aforesaid, generally south-westerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the shore of the district above defined).
