Commencing at the junction of the generally southern boundary of Wyong Shire Council, gazetted 30th November 2001 and the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally north-easterly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 74, DP 227174; by that prolongation, boundary, a line, the northern boundary of Lot 73, DP 227174, a line, the northern boundary of Lot 22, DP 881850, westerly to the mean low water mark of generally south-eastern shore of Tuggerah Lake; by that mean low water mark, generally south-westerly to the north-western side of The Entrance Bridge; by that side, south-westerly to, again, the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Tuggerah Lake; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the generally south-western shore of that lake, generally south-westerly and north-westerly, Tumby Umbi Creek, upwards to Wyong Road; by that road, generally north-westerly, Cobbs Road, westerly, the Sydney Newcastle Freeway, generally south-westerly, Reeves Road, generally south-easterly to the northern prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 221, DP 815439; by that prolongation, boundary and the western boundary of Lot 1, DP 104190, southerly, the western and part of the southern boundaries of Lot 180, DP 514411, southerly and easterly, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 7, DP 3944 and its prolongation, southerly and easterly to Dell Road; by that road and its prolongation, easterly to Narara Creek; by that creek, upwards to the south-eastern prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, DP 527553; by that prolongation, southeasterly to the Main Northern Railway; by that railway, generally south-westerly to the western prolongation of Glennies Street; by that prolongation, street, Bradys Gully Road and its prolongation, generally easterly, Clyde Road, generally south-easterly, Clarence Road, northerly, Gooriwa Road, easterly, Clarlton Road, southerly, Milina Road, generally easterly, The Entrance Road, generally North-easterly and Reeds Road, northerly to the generally north-western boundary of Lot 4, DP 232333; by that boundary, generally north-easterly, the western and northern boundaries of Lot 3, DP 232333, northerly and easterly and the eastern boundary of Lot 3, DP 832164, northerly to Lea Avenue; by that avenue, easterly, Tumbi Road, northerly, Carbeen Road and its prolongation, easterly, again, The Entrance Road, generally north-easterly to the generally southern boundary of Wyong Shire Council, aforesaid, and by part of that boundary, generally easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
