Commencing at the intersection the generally southern boundary of Gwydir Shire, gazetted 17th March 2004 and the generally western boundary of Tamworth Regional (LGA), gazetted 19th May 2004: and bounded thence by the former boundary, generally easterly, the generally south-western boundary Uralla Shire, gazetted 8th October 1999, generally south-easterly and part of the generally western boundary of Walcha (LGA), gazetted 8th October 1999, generally southerly to the Macdonald River; by that river, downwards to the northern prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 45, DP 753842; by that prolongation and boundary, southerly, the southern boundary of Lot 81, DP 753842, westerly, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 89, DP 753842, southerly and easterly, the eastern boundary of Lot 73, DP 753842 and its prolongation, southerly to Nerstane Road;
