Commencing at the intersection of the eastern prolongation of Collier Street and the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Pt Lot 413, DP 755266; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation, westerly to the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Lake Munmorah; by that mean low water mark, generally southwesterly, the generally south-western bank of Budgewoi Creek, generally south-easterly and the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Budgewoi Lake, generally north-westerly to Hammond Canal; by that canal, north-easterly to Scenic Drive; by that drive, north-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 3, DP 256306; by that prolongation, boundary, a line, the southern boundary of Lot 2, DP 256306 and its prolongation, westerly to the Pacific Highway; by that highway, generally north-easterly and Wyee Road, generally north-westerly to the generally northern boundary of Wyong Shire Council, gazetted 30th November 2001; by part of that boundary, generally north-easterly to the generally mean low water mark of the generally eastern shore of Lake Macquarie; by that mean low water mark, generally north-easterly to Coon Island Point; by a line, north-easterly to, again, the mean low water mark of the generally eastern shore of Lake Macquarie; by that mean low water mark generally northerly to the mouth of Sheppards Gully; by a line, easterly to Tingira Drive; by that drive, generally easterly, Violet Town Road, generally south-easterly and the Pacific Highway, aforesaid, generally north-easterly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 1, DP 1052027; by that prolongation, boundary and the northern boundaries of Lot 1, DP 555980, Lots 5 and 4, DP 248860, a line, Pt Lot 1 DP 573401, easterly, the southern and part of the generally south-eastern boundary of Lot 101, DP 843704, easterly and north-easterly, the southern boundaries of Lot 7093, DP 1066902 and Lot 1938, DP 704459 and their prolongation, easterly to Redhead Road; by that road, generally northerly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of DP 737493; by that boundary and part of the eastern boundary of that lot, easterly and southerly, and the generally north-eastern and generally south-eastern boundaries of Lot 87, DP 701650, generally south-easterly and generally south-westerly to Collier Street; by that street and its prolongation, easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
