Commencing at the junction of Kanahooka Road with Princes Highway: and bounded thence by that road, northwesterly, Darkes Road, generally north-westerly, West Dapto Road, north-easterly and Sheaffes Road, westerly to the northern prolongation of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 71431; by that prolongation and boundary, southerly to an unnamed creek running through that DP, Lot 23, DP 790915, Lot 2410, DP 864131, DP 1038907, Lot Pt 260, DP 751278, Lots 1 and 2, DP 216373; by that creek and its prolongation, upwards to Moss Vale - Unanderra Railway; by that railway, westerly to Fire Road No 15A; by that road and Fire Road No 15, generally north-westerly to Flying Fox No 3 Creek; by that creek downwards and the south-eastern arm of Lake Avon, generally north-westerly to the generally north-western boundary of the City of Wollongong, gazetted 12th September 1947; by part of that boundary, generally south-westerly and part of the generally southern boundary of that city, generally easterly to Princes Highway; by that highway generally south-easterly and Pioneer Drive, easterly to the Illawarra Railway; by that railway, generally south-easterly to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 11, DP 867019; by that prolongation, boundary and the southern boundaries of Lot 2043, DP 1051789 and Lot 9113, DP 1027038 and its prolongation, easterly to Shellharbour Road; by that road, generally north-easterly to the north-western prolongation of the south-western boundary of Lot 2, DP 630517; by that prolongation, boundary and the south-eastern boundary of that lot, south-easterly and north-easterly, the north-western and the generally northern boundaries of Lot 207, DP 857031 and its prolongation, generally easterly to the mean low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean: by that mean low water mark, (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally northerly, the left bank of the entrance channel to Lake Illawarra, generally north-westerly and the mean low water marks of the generally eastern, generally northern and generally north-western shores of that lake, generally northerly, generally westerly and generally south-westerly to the south-eastern prolongation of Kanahooka Road; by that prolongation and road, aforesaid, north-westerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
