Boundary Description

Commencing at Cape Solander at the mouth of Botany Bay: and bounded thence by a line north-easterly to Cape Banks; by the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Botany Bay generally north-westerly to the generally southern boundary of the City of Randwick, gazetted 2nd June 1995; by part of that boundary generally westerly, part of the generally south-western boundary of the City of Botany Bay, gazetted 26th March 1976, generally north-westerly and part of the generally eastern boundary of the City of Rockdale, gazetted 11th October 1968, north-westerly to the mouth of Cooks River; by that river upwards to the right bank of Cooks River; by that bank and Wolli Creek upwards to Bexley Road; by that road generally south-easterly, Harrow Road, a line across Illawarra Railway, and again Harrow Road south-easterly, Princes Highway generally south-westerly to Kogarah Bay Creek; by that creek downwards and the mean low water mark of the generally north-western shore of Kogarah Bay, generally south-westerly to the eastern side of Georges River Bridge; by that side generally south-westerly to the mean low water mark of the right bank of Georges River; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the south-western shore of Gwawley Bay generally south-easterly to Sandy Point; by a line south-easterly to the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Gwawley Bay; by that mean low water mark generally north-easterly, the mean low water mark of the right bank of Georges River, aforesaid, generally south-easterly, the mean low water mark of the generally south-western, the generally south-eastern and the generally north-eastern shore of Woolooware Bay generally south-easterly, generally north-easterly and generally north-westerly, again the mean low water mark of the right bank of Georges River generally north-easterly, the mean low water mark of the generally south-western shore of Botany Bay generally south-easterly and the mean low water mark of the generally north-western shore of Quibray Bay generally south-westerly to the mouth of Weeney Bay; by a line across that mouth south-easterly to the mean low water mark of the generally southern shore of Quibray Bay; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of that bay generally easterly and generally north-westerly and the mean low water mark of the generally southern shore of Botany Bay generally easterly and south-easterly to the point of commencement (excluding Bare Island and including all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
