Commencing at the confluence of Glenbrook Creek and Nepean River: and bounded thence by that river, downwards, to Western Motorway; by that motorway, generally south-easterly, The Northern Road, Bringelly Road, generally north-easterly and Caddens Road, easterly to Werrington Creek; by that creek downwards, to O’Connell Street; by that street, French Street and its prolongation northerly, to Main Western Railway; by that railway, westerly, to the southern prolongation of Richmond Road; by that road, north-westerly and northerly, The Northern Road, aforesaid, generally northerly, Andromeda Drive generally south-westerly, Goldmark Crescent, southerly, Marrett Way, Dulhunty Court, Boundary Road, westerly, Cranebrook Road, northerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of DP 253861; by that prolongation, boundary, and its western prolongation, westerly, the generally north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 882358, a line, again the generally north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 882358 and its prolongation generally north-westerly to the generally eastern boundary of the City of Blue Mountains, gazetted Local Government Act 1948; by part of that boundary (in part Nepean River) generally southerly to Old Bathurst Road; by that road and its prolongation, generally westerly to Main Western Railway; by that railway generally south-westerly to a point east of the source of an unnamed creek flowing through Lot 5, DP 1036777; by a line westerly to that creek; by that creek and Glenbrook Creek, aforesaid, downwards to the point of commencement.
