Commencing at the junction of Marsden Road with Pennant Hills Road: and bounded thence by the latter road generally south-westerly, James Ruse Drive, generally north-westerly, Briens Road, south-westerly, Old Windsor Road, northwesterly, Hart Drive, Freame Street and Emert Street, generally south-westerly, Western Motorway, generally southeasterly, Coleman Street, northerly, Great Western Highway and Parkes Street, generally easterly, Harris Street and its prolongation, southerly, Western Motorway, aforesaid, generally south-easterly to Duck River, by that river and Parramatta River downwards to the south-western prolongation of Wharf Road; by that prolongation and road and Marsden Road, aforesaid, generally north-westerly to the point of commencement.
