Commencing at the junction of the generally eastern boundary of Moree Plains Shire Council, gazetted 20th June, 1905, with the boundary between the States of New South Wales and Queensland: and bounded thence by that shire boundary and the generally western and generally southern boundaries of Gwydir Shire Council, gazetted 17th March 2004, generally southerly and generally easterly, the generally south-western boundary Uralla Shire Council, gazetted 8th October 1999, generally south-easterly and part of the generally western boundary of Walcha Council, gazetted 8th October 1999, generally southerly to the Macdonald River; by that river, downwards to the northern prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 45, DP 753842; by that prolongation and boundary, southerly, the southern boundary of Lot 81, DP 753842, westerly, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 89, DP 753842, southerly and easterly, the eastern boundary of Lot 73, DP 753842 and its prolongation, southerly to Nerstane Road; by that road, generally westerly to the northern prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 27, DP 753835; by that prolongation, boundary and the southern boundary of that lot, southerly and easterly, the western boundaries of Lots 65 and 67, DP 753835, southerly, part of the northern and the generally eastern boundaries of Lot 23, DP 753835, easterly and generally southerly, the eastern boundaries of Lots 21 and 12, DP 753835 and their prolongation, southerly to the Main Northern Railway; by that railway, generally north-easterly to the generally western boundary of Walcha Council, aforesaid; by part of that boundary and the generally southern and part of the generally eastern boundaries of that council, generally southerly, generally easterly and generally northerly to Cobcroft Trail; by that trail and Mooraback Road, generally north-easterly to Petticoat Swamp Creek; by that creek, Boggy Creek, Green Gully Creek and Apsley River, downwards, Macleay River, Chandler River, Styx River and Serpentine Creek, upwards to its source; by a line easterly to the generally north-western boundary of Bellingen Shire Council, gazetted 30th November 1956; by part of that boundary generally north-easterly, the generally western boundary of Clarence Valley Council, gazetted 27th August 2004, generally northerly to Timbarra River; by that river and Macleods Creek upwards to Rocky River Road; by that road and the road traversing Long Creek and its continuation generally northerly to Bruxner Highway; by that highway, generally westerly, Boorock Road, generally northerly, Bicentennial Trail, generally north-easterly, Gilgurry Road and its continuation, generally north-westerly, Harrigans Lane, generally westerly, Mount Lindesay Highway, generally northerly and the road to Sugarloaf Border Gate, generally south-westerly to the boundary between the States of New South Wales and Queensland, aforesaid; and by that boundary generally westerly to the point of commencement.
