Commencing at the intersection of Warringah Freeway and Falcon Street: and bounded thence by that freeway, generally north-westerly to the eastern prolongation of Chandos Street; by that prolongation, street and its prolongation westerly to North Shore Railway; by that railway generally southerly to the generally western boundary of North Sydney Council, gazetted 16th May 1941, by part of that boundary generally south-westerly to the mean low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the generally northern shore of Port Jackson generally north-easterly to Middle Head; by a line north-westerly to the mean low water mark at Grotto Point; by the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Middle Harbour generally north-westerly to The Spit Bridge; by that bridge southerly to the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Middle Harbour; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the south-eastern shore of Long Bay generally south-westerly to the generally eastern boundary of North Sydney Council; by part of that boundary generally southerly to Military Road; by that road, the southern branch of Military Road and Falcon Street, aforesaid, generally westerly to the point of commencement.
