Commencing at the intersection of Georges River and Illawarra Railway: and bounded thence by that railway, southwesterly to the mean low water mark of the generally right bank of Georges River; by that mean low water mark, generally westerly and the mean low water mark of the generally right bank of Woronora River, generally southwesterly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot PT9, DP 752064; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation, easterly to Soldiers Road; by that road, northerly and Mitchell Avenue and its prolongation, easterly to the Illawarra Railway, aforesaid; by that railway generally southerly to the western prolongation of The Boulevarde; by that prolongation and boulevarde easterly and Acacia Road North, the northern prolongation of Acacia Road, Acacia Road and its prolongation southerly to Savilles Creek; by that creek downwards to a generally eastern boundary of Royal National Park, southerly to the mean low water mark of the right bank of Hacking River; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the generally southern shore of Port Hacking generally easterly to a point south of Yowie Point; by a line northerly to that point; by the mean low water mark of the generally eastern shore of Gymea Bay, generally northerly to the southern prolongation of Kiora Road South; by that prolongation and road, northerly, President Avenue, easterly, Miranda Road South and Miranda Road North, north-westerly, Port Hacking Road North and Madeira Road and its prolongation generally northerly to the mean low water mark of the right bank of Georges River; by that mean low water mark generally easterly to the eastern section of Georges River Bridge; by that bridge northerly to Georges River, aforesaid, and by that river upwards to the point of commencement.
