Boundary Description
Commencing at the intersection of Rainbow Street and Anzac Parade: and bounded thence by that parade and Bunnerong Road, generally southerly, Wentworth Avenue, generally north-westerly, Southern Cross Drive and General Holmes Drive, generally south-westerly, Foreshore Road, generally south-easterly to the north-eastern prolongation of the generally eastern boundary of Lot 401, DP 816961; by that prolongation and part of that boundary, generally southerly to its southern extremity; by a line southerly to the generally south-western boundary of the City of Botany Bay, gazetted 26th March 1976; by part of that boundary, south-easterly, part of the generally southern boundary of the City of Randwick, gazetted 2nd June 1995, generally north-easterly to the mean low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of Botany Bay at Yarra Bay; by that mean low water mark generally south-easterly and the mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) of the South Pacific Ocean generally northerly to the eastern prolongation of Rainbow Street; by that prolongation and street, aforesaid, westerly to the point of commencement (including Bare Island and all islands off the coast of the district above defined).
