Commencing at the intersection of Old Fifteenth Avenue and Cowpastures Road: and bounded thence by that road, southerly, Hoxton Park Road, generally easterly, Hume Highway, southerly, Mill Road and its prolongation, easterly to the Main Southern Railway; by that railway, south-westerly to Atkinson Street; by that street and its prolongation, easterly to Georges River; by that river, upwards to the south-eastern prolongation of Picnic Grove; by that prolongation and grove, north-westerly, Bensley Road, north-easterly to the south-eastern prolongation of the south-western boundary of Lot 24, DP 816373; by that prolongation, boundary, the south-western boundary of Lot 301, DP 818381 and part of the southwestern boundary of Lot 304, DP 817849 and its prolongation, north-westerly to Henderson Road; by that road, generally north-westerly, Williamson Road, generally south-westerly, Macdonald Road, generally north-westerly, Hume Highway, generally south-westerly, St Andrews Road, north-westerly, Spitfire Drive, generally south-westerly to the southern boundary of Lot 303, DP 712210; by part of that boundary and its prolongation, westerly, the southern boundaries of Lot 20, DP 712018 and Lot 3001, DP 710602, westerly and the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 201351 and its prolongation, south-westerly to Raby Road; by that road generally north-westerly to the generally eastern boundary of Camden Council, gazetted 29th May 1998; by part of that boundary and part of the generally northern boundary of that council, generally northerly and generally westerly to Kemps Creek; by that creek, downwards to Fifteenth Avenue; by that avenue and Old Fifteenth Avenue, aforesaid, generally easterly to the point of commencement.
