Commencing at the intersection of Elizabeth Drive and South Creek: and bounded thence by that creek, upwards to the south-western prolongation of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 64, DP 222177; by that prolongation and boundary north-easterly to Fifteenth Avenue; by that avenue and Old Fifteenth Avenue, generally easterly, Cowpastures Road, southerly, Hoxton Park Road, generally easterly, Hume Highway, southerly, Mill Road and its prolongation, easterly to the Main Southern Railway; by that railway, south-westerly to Atkinson Street; by that street and its prolongation, easterly to Georges River; by that river downwards and Cabramatta Creek upwards to Elizabeth Drive, aforesaid; by that drive northwesterly, North Liverpool Road generally north-westerly to Clear Paddock Creek; by that creek, downwards to Elizabeth Drive, aforesaid, and by that drive, generally north-westerly to the point of commencement.
