Commencing at the intersection of Bexley Road and Wolli Creek: and bounded thence by that creek upwards to the generally northern boundary of the City of Hurstville; by part of that boundary generally south-westerly to King Georges Road; by that road north-westerly, M5 Motorway, generally westerly, Karne Street and Yardley Avenue southerly, Broad Arrow Road south-westerly, Baumans Road south-easterly, Forest Road and Henry Lawson Drive generally south-westerly to Salt Pan Creek; by that creek, upwards to Canterbury Road; by that road, Punchbowl Road, Koala Road, and, again, Punchbowl Road, generally north-easterly to Campsie-Rookwood Railway; by that railway, generally south-easterly and Sydenham- Bankstown Railway, south-westerly to the north-western prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, DP 607707; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation, south-easterly to Thorncraft Parade; by that parade, south-easterly, Canterbury Road north-easterly and Bexley Road, aforesaid, generally south-easterly to the point of commencement.
