Commencing at the mouth of Shoalhaven River, at Shoalhaven Heads and The mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that river, upwards to the generally north-western boundary of the City of Shoalhaven, gazetted 23rd June 1948; by part of that boundary, generally north-easterly to Yarrunga Creek; by that creek and Wildes Meadow Creek, upwards to Nowra Road; by that road, Sheepwash Road and Kangaloon Road, generally northerly and Tourist Road, generally north-easterly to Doudles Folly Creek; by that creek, downwards and Nepean River, upwards to, again, Tourist Road; by that road, generally south-easterly and Mount Murray Road, generally easterly to the south-western prolongation of the generally south-eastern boundary of Lot 140, DP 751277; by that prolongation and boundary, generally north-easterly to the generally southern boundary of the City of Wollongong, gazetted 12th September 1947; by part of the generally southern boundary of that city, generally easterly to Princes Highway; by that highway generally south-easterly and Pioneer Drive, easterly to the Illawarra Railway; by that railway, generally south-easterly to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 11, DP 867019; by that prolongation, boundary and the southern boundaries of Lot 2043, DP 1051789 and Lot 9113, DP 1027038 and its prolongation, easterly to Shellharbour Road; by that road, generally north-easterly to the north-western prolongation of the south-western boundary of Lot 2, DP 630517; by that prolongation, boundary and the south-eastern boundary of that lot, south-easterly and north-easterly, the north-western and the generally northern boundaries of Lot 207, DP 857031 and its prolongation, generally easterly to the mean low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean: by that mean low water mark, (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally southerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
