Commencing on the mean low water mark of the southern shore of Broken Bay at its junction with the generally northwestern boundary of Pittwater Council, gazetted 24th April 1992, at Challenger Head: and bounded thence by a line north-easterly to the centre of Hawkesbury River; by that river upwards to a point north-east of Fishermans Point on the mean low water mark of the left bank of Berowra Creek; by a line south-westerly to that point; by that mean low water mark, upwards to its confluence with Marramarra Creek; by a line south-westerly across the mouth of that creek; again by that mean low water mark of the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Coba Bay; by a line south-easterly across that mouth; again by that mean low water mark of the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to Berowra Waters Ferry; by a line, easterly to the centre of that creek; by that creek and Still Creek upwards to the south-eastern extension of Smalls Road; by that extension and road, generally north-westerly, Blacks Road, generally south-westerly, Acadia Road, generally southeasterly, Thomas Road and it’s prolongation, westerly to Colah Creek; by that creek, downwards to the eastern prolongation of Edwards Road; by that prolongation and road, westerly, Old Northern Road, generally southerly, New Line Road and Boundary Road, generally south-easterly to Nyrippin Creek; by that creek and Berowra Creek, aforesaid, downwards and a south-eastern tributary of the latter creek to the north of Billarga Road, upwards to Quarter Sessions Road; by that road, southerly and Duffy Avenue, south-easterly to the Main Northern Railway; by that railway, generally north-easterly to the Pacific Highway; by that highway, generally south-easterly, Edgeworth David Avenue and Junction Road, easterly to the generally north-western boundary of Ku-ring-gai Municipality, gazetted 1st January 1997; by part of that boundary generally northerly to Cockle Creek; by that creek downwards to the generally north-western boundary of Warringah Council, gazetted 24th July 1992; by that boundary and part of the generally north-western boundary of Pittwater Council, generally northeasterly to the point of commencement.
