Commencing at the junction of Grose River and the generally western boundary of Hawkesbury City Council, gazetted 29th June 1990: and bounded thence by the latter boundary, generally northerly, the generally northern and part of the generally eastern boundary of that council, generally easterly and generally southerly, to Hawkesbury River; by that river, downwards, to a point north-east of Fishermans Point on the mean low water mark of the left bank of Berowra Creek; by a line south-westerly to that point; by that mean low water mark, upwards to its confluence with Marramarra Creek; by a line south-westerly across the mouth of that creek; again by that mean low water mark of the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to the mouth of Coba Bay; by a line south-easterly across that mouth; again by that mean low water mark of the left bank of Berowra Creek upwards to Berowra Waters Ferry; by a line, easterly to the centre of that creek; by that creek and Still Creek upwards to the south-eastern extension of Smalls Road; by that extension and road, generally north-westerly, Blacks Road, generally south-westerly, Acadia Road, generally south-easterly, Thomas Road and its prolongation, westerly to Colah Creek; by that creek, downwards to the eastern prolongation of Edwards Road; by that prolongation and road, westerly, Old Northern Road and New Line Road, generally southerly, Hastings Road, south-westerly, again, Old Northern Road, generally north-westerly, Gilbert Road, generally westerly to an unnamed south-eastern branch of Cattai Creek, north-east of Parapet Place; by that branch, downwards and Cattai Creek, upwards to the north-eastern prolongation of Roseberry Road; by that prolongation and road, south-westerly, Green Road south-easterly, President Road, south-westerly, Windsor Road, generally north-westerly and Brennan Dam Road, north-easterly to Killarney Chain of Ponds; by those ponds, McKenzies Creek, South Creek and Hawkesbury River downwards, Buttsworth Creek, upwards to Wilberforce Road; by that road, generally northeasterly, the boundary road forming the northern boundary of Lot 472, DP 751665, westerly, Earl Street and its prolongation northerly, William Street, northerly, Kurmond Road, generally westerly, Slopes Road, generally northerly, Single Ridge Road, generally westerly, Comleroy Road, generally south-westerly, Bells Line of Road, generally north-westerly, to the northern prolongation of the eastern boundary of Lot 2, DP 230078; by that prolongation, boundary, and its prolongation southerly, to the Carlingford Lithgow Transmission Line; by that transmission line, northwesterly for a distance of approximately 620 metres to an unnamed north-eastern tributary of Burralow Creek; by that tributary and Burralow Creek, downwards and Grose River, aforesaid, upwards, to the point of commencement.
