Commencing at the junction of Terry Road and Marsden Road: and bounded thence by the latter road generally northwesterly, Pennant Hills Road, generally northerly, Castle Hill Road and New Line Road, generally north-westerly and Boundary Road, generally south-easterly to Nyrippin Creek; by that creek and Berowra Creek, downwards and a southeastern tributary of the latter creek to the north of Billarga Road, upwards to Quarter Sessions Road; by that road, southerly and Duffy Avenue, south-easterly to the Main Northern Railway; by that railway, north-easterly to the north-western prolongation of Dartford Road; by that prolongation and road, south-easterly, Pennant Hills Road, aforesaid, generally easterly, Campbell Avenue generally southerly, Calga Avenue westerly, Willowtree Street southerly and Pine Street and its prolongation, easterly to Lane Cove River; by that river downwards to the north-eastern prolongation of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 240970; by that prolongation and boundary, south-westerly to Culloden Road; by that road, south-westerly, Waterloo Road, north-westerly, Vimiera Road, south-westerly to the north-western prolongation of the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 658 and 653, DP 752035; by that prolongation, boundaries and their prolongation, south-easterly to Culloden Road, aforesaid; by that road, south-westerly and Epping Road, generally north-westerly to Terrys Creek; by that creek, upwards to Blaxland Road; by that road, south-easterly and Ball Avenue generally south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of SP20739; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation westerly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway southerly to the south-eastern prolongation of Wingate Avenue; by that prolongation and avenue generally north-westerly, Epping Avenue south-easterly and Terry Road, aforesaid, south-westerly, to the point of commencement.
