Commencing at the intersection of Canterbury Road and Salt Pan Creek: and bounded thence by that road, generally westerly, Chapel Road north-easterly, Eldridge Road westerly, Northam Avenue generally north-easterly, Shenton Avenue north-westerly, Oxford Avenue northerly and Marion Street generally westerly, to the generally northern boundary of Lot 1, DP 1046502; by part of that boundary generally north-westerly and generally south-westerly to Rabaul Road; by that road and its prolongation westerly to the Georges River; by that river downwards and Salt Pan Creek upwards to the point of commencement.
