Commencing at the junction of Darley Road with Alison Road: and bounded thence by the latter road, north-westerly, Doncaster Avenue, southerly, Abbotford Street, westerly, Anzac Parade, generally south-easterly, Rainbow Street and its prolongation, easterly to the mean low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean; by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally northerly to the south-eastern prolongation of the generally north-eastern boundary of Hunter Park; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation generally north-westerly to Campbell Parade; by that parade, Bondi Road and Sid Einfeld Drive generally westerly, Oxford Street easterly, York Road and its prolongation generally southerly and Darley Road, aforesaid, generally south-westerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
