Commencing at the junction of Pennant Hills Road and Castle Hill Road: and bounded thence by the latter road and New Line Road, generally north-westerly, Hastings Road, south-westerly, Old Northern Road, generally north-westerly, Gilbert Road, generally westerly to an unnamed south-eastern tributary of Cattai Creek, north-east of Parapet Place; by that tributary, downwards and Cattai Creek, downwards to the north-eastern prolongation of Roseberry Road; by that prolongation and road, south-westerly, Green Road south-easterly, President Road, south-westerly, Windsor Road, generally south-easterly, Parsonage Road, north-easterly, Excelsior Avenue and its prolongation, generally south-easterly, to the northwestern boundary of Lot 895, DP 752028; by part of that boundary, north-easterly, to an unnamed tributary of Excelsior Creek; by that tributary and Excelsior Creek, downwards and Darling Mills Creek upwards, to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 22, DP 880779; by that boundary, the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 17, DP 542539, Lot 29 and part of Lot 58, DP 841121, southeasterly to M2 Motorway; by that motorway, generally south-easterly, to the north-western boundary of Lot 14, DP 841630; by part of that boundary, north-easterly and its north-eastern boundary, south-easterly, the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 17 and 10, DP 843588, south-easterly, the south-eastern boundary of the latter lot, south-westerly, part of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 40, DP 255350 and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 564233 and its prolongation, south-easterly to Baden Powell Place; by that place and a line, generally south-easterly, North Rocks Road, generally south-westerly, Statham Avenue, south-easterly, Bettington Road, generally south-easterly, and Pennant Hills Road, aforesaid, generally north-easterly and generally northerly to the point of commencement.
