Commencing at the intersection of Punchbowl Road and the Campsie-Rookwood Railway: and bounded thence by that railway, generally south-easterly and Sydenham-Bankstown Railway, south-westerly to the north-western prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, DP 607707; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation, south-easterly to Thorncraft Parade; by that parade, south-easterly, Canterbury Road north-easterly and Bexley Road, generally south-easterly to Wolli Creek; by that creek, downwards, the right bank of Cooks River, upwards to Bayview Avenue; by that avenue, northeasterly to Cooks River; by that river, upwards to Wardell Road; by that road, generally north-easterly to Sydenham-Bankstown Railway, aforesaid; by that railway, north-westerly and the railway from Dulwich Hill to Glebe Island, generally northerly to Hawthorne Canal; by that canal, downwards to the Main Suburban Railway; by that railway, generally westerly to Liverpool Road; by that road, generally south-westerly, Queen Street, generally southerly, Arthur Street, westerly, Milton Street, southerly, Georges River Road and Punchbowl Road, aforesaid, generally south-westerly to the point of commencement.
