Commencing at the intersection of the generally northern boundary of Camden Council, gazetted 29th May 1998 and South Creek: and bounded thence by that creek, downwards to the south-western prolongation of the southeastern boundary of Lot 64, DP 222177; by that prolongation and boundary north-easterly to Fifteenth Avenue; By that avenue, generally south-easterly to Kemps Creek; by that creek, upwards to, again, the generally northern boundary of Camden Council; by part of that boundary and part of the generally eastern boundary of that council, generally easterly and generally south-westerly to Raby Road; by that road, generally south-easterly to the south-western prolongation of the south-western boundary of Lot 1, DP 201351; by that prolongation and part of that boundary, north-easterly, the southern boundary of Lot 3001, DP 710602, easterly, part of the generally south-western and part of the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 20, DP 712018, generally south-easterly and north-easterly, the part of the northern boundary of Lot 301, DP 712210, easterly to Spitfire Drive; by that drive, generally north-easterly, St Andrews Road, south-easterly, Hume Highway, generally south-westerly and Narellan Road, north-westerly to the generally south-eastern boundary of Camden Council; by part of that boundary, the generally southern, the generally western and part of the generally northern boundaries of that council, generally south-westerly, generally westerly, generally northerly and generally easterly to the point of commencement.
