Commencing at the intersection of Prospect Highway and Great Western Highway: and bounded thence by the former highway and Blacktown Road, generally northerly to Blacktown Creek; by that creek, downwards to the Main Western Railway; by that railway, generally north-westerly to the southern prolongation of Boyd Street; by that prolongation, street and its prolongation, northerly, Cardiff Street, easterly, Mort Street, northerly and Stephen Street, south-easterly to the south-western prolongation of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 123, DP 31687; by that prolongation and boundary, north-easterly, the generally south-western boundary of Lot 10, DP 604858 and its prolongation, generally north-westerly, the south-western boundary of Lot 579, DP 32088, north-westerly, part of the southern boundary of Lot 102, DP 610387, westerly, the southern and the generally north-western boundaries of Lot 101, DP 610387 and its prolongation, westerly and north-easterly to Turner Street; by that street, north-westerly, Sunnyholt Road, northerly, M7 Motorlink (under construction), generally westerly to Eastern Creek; by that creek, upwards to Great Western Highway, aforesaid; and by that highway, generally south-easterly to the point of commencement.
