Commencing at the intersection of Parramatta Road and Bay Street: and bounded thence by that street, northerly, William Henry Street, north-easterly, Wattle Street and its prolongation generally north-westerly to the mean low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of Blackwattle Bay; by that mean low water mark of that shore and the generally south-western shore of that bay, the mean low water mark of the shores of Rozelle Bay and White Bay, generally westerly and generally north-easterly and the mean low water mark of part of the generally south-western shore of Sydney Harbour, generally north-westerly to Yurulbin Point; by a line northerly to Manns Point; by the mean low water mark of the left banks of Parramatta River and Lane Cove River to a point east of Onion Point; by a line westerly to that point; by the mean low water mark of the right bank of Lane Cove River, downwards and the mean low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River, aforesaid, upwards to Pulpit Point; by a line south-westerly to Drummoyne Wharf; by the mean low water mark of the right bank of Parramatta River, downwards, the mean low water mark of the generally north-western shore of Iron Cove, generally south-westerly, Iron Cove Creek, upwards to Parramatta Road, aforesaid and by that road, generally south-easterly and generally easterly to the point of commencement.
