Commencing at the junction of the southern boundary of Tweed Shire Council, gazetted 21st November 1986 with the mean low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that boundary generally westerly and generally southerly to the Koonyum Range; by that range, generally south-easterly to Koonyum Range Road; by that road, generally southerly, Nanday Road, generally south-westerly and generally south-easterly, again, Koonyum Range Road, generally south-easterly, Wilsons Creek Road, generally easterly, Coolamon Scenic Drive, generally south-westerly and Goonengerry Road, generally westerly to Wilsons River; by that river, downwards to the generally eastern boundary of the Lismore City Council, gazetted 18th January 1991; by part of that boundary generally southerly and the generally southern boundary of Ballina Shire Council, gazetted 9th January 1981, generally easterly to the mean low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean aforesaid, and by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally northerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
