Commencing at the intersection of Hector and Marks Streets: and bounded thence by the latter street, westerly and Chester Hill Road generally northerly to Regents Park Railway; by that railway easterly to Hector Street, aforesaid; by that street northerly to the Sydney Water Supply Pipeline; by that pipeline south-easterly to Duck River; by that river and Parramatta River downwards to the south-western prolongation of Wharf Road; by that prolongation, north-easterly, to the mean low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River; by that mean low water mark downwards to Charity Point; by a line south-westerly to the generally eastern boundary of Auburn Council, gazetted 29th May 1992, at Wentworth Point; by part of that boundary generally southerly to Campsie-Rookwood Railway, by that railway generally south-easterly to the northern prolongation of Wentworth Street; by that prolongation and street, southerly, Drone Street, westerly to the eastern boundary of Lot 4, DP 835847; by part of that boundary southerly and the northern boundaries of Lots 13 and 12, DP 1004336, and their prolongation, westerly to Roberts Road; by that road northerly, Rawson Road, Brunker Road and Ferrier Street, generally westerly, Rose Street, northerly, Palmer Street, westerly and Hector Street, aforesaid, northerly to the point of commencement.
