Boundary Description

Commencing at the intersection of the generally south-western boundary of the City of Lake Macquarie and the Transmission Line from Vales Point to Sydney West: and bounded thence by that transmission line generally north-easterly and easterly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway generally northerly to the south-western prolongation of the road forming the generally north-western and northern boundaries of Portion 327, Parish of Morisset, County of Northumberland; by that prolongation and road and the road forming the northern boundary of Portion 326 generally north-easterly and easterly to the southern prolongation of White Street; by that prolongation, street and its prolongation northerly to the generally western shore of Lake Macquarie; by that shore generally south-easterly to the generally southern boundary of the City of Lake Macquarie at Wyee Bay; by part of that boundary generally southerly to Wyee Road; by that road generally south-easterly and Pacific Highway generally south-westerly to Wallarah Creek; by that creek downwards to the generally northern shore of Lake Budgewoi; by that shore generally easterly to Hammond Canal; by that canal generally north-easterly to the generally western shore of Lake Munmorah; by that shore generally northerly and the generally northern and generally eastern shores of that lake generally easterly and generally southerly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of Portion 413 Parish of Wallarah; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation easterly to the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean; by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 75, DP 227174; by that prolongation and boundary westerly to the north-western corner of that lot; by a line south-westerly to the mouth of Ourimbah Creek on the generally north-western shore of Tuggerah Lake; by that shore generally south-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of Kingsford Smith Drive; by that prolongation and drive south-westerly and westerly, Wyong Road and Glenning Road generally southerly, Anderson Road generally south-westerly and Brush Road and its prolongation generally westerly to Main Northern Railway, aforesaid; by that railway generally north-easterly to Chittaway Creek; by that creek downwards and Bangalow Creek and the creek, in part forming the southern boundary of Lot 22, DP 734567, upwards to Pacific Highway; by that highway north-easterly, Palmdale Road generally westerly, Wallaby Road generally north-westerly and Red Hill Road generally westerly to the Transmission Line from Sydney North to Dora Creek; by that transmission line generally south-westerly to the generally south-western boundary of Wyong Shire; by part of that boundary generally north-westerly to the Transmission Line from Vales Point to Sydney West, aforesaid; by that transmission line south- westerly to a south-eastern tributary of Warre Warren Creek; by that tributary, Warre Warren Creek and Mangrove Creek downwards and Greens Run and a south eastern tributary of that run upwards to the source of the last mentioned creek at Mount Baxter; by part of the generally western boundary of the City of Gosford generally northerly, part of the generally southern boundary of the City of Cessnock generally north-easterly and part of the generally south-western boundary of the City of Lake Macquarie, aforesaid, generally south-easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
