Boundary Description

Commencing at the junction of Kanahooka Road with Princes Highway: and bounded thence by that road south-easterly, Southern Freeway south-westerly, the north-western prolongation of, and Byamee Street generally south-easterly and Fowlers Road and Lakeside Drive generally easterly to Brooks Creek; by that creek downwards to the generally western shore of Lake Illawarra; by part of that shore generally easterly to Kanahooka Point; by a line south-easterly to the generally southern boundary of the City of Wollongong; by part of that boundary generally south-easterly to the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean; by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally northerly to the south-eastern prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of Towradgi Beach Park; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation north-westerly to Murranar Road; by that road generally westerly, Carters Lane northerly and Weber Crescent and its prolongation westerly to Illawarra Railway; by that railway generally southerly to Princes Highway, aforesaid; by that highway north-westerly and Northern Distributor, Southern Freeway, aforesaid, and again Princes Highway generally south-westerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
