Commencing at the intersection of Bridges Road and St James Road: and bounded thence by the latter road north-westerly, Royal Street northerly, Russell Road westerly, Royal Place northerly, Lambton Road and Howe Street generally north-westerly, Morehead Street, its prolongation and Acacia Avenue northerly and Alnwick Road generally westerly to the south-eastern prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 84, DP 22290; by that prolongation and boundary, the generally eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 565785, the generally north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, DP 565785 and a line generally north-westerly to University Drive; by that drive generally westerly, the Freeway (being part of State Route 123) generally northerly and Sandgate Road generally north-easterly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway generally north-westerly to New England Highway; by that highway south-westerly, the south-eastern prolongation of and Anderson Drive generally north-westerly and again New England Highway north-westerly to the generally western boundary of the City of Newcastle; by that boundary generally southerly and part of the generally southern boundary of that city easterly to Woodford Street; by that street and Cameron Park Drive generally south-westerly, George Booth Drive generally south-easterly and Government Road generally south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 13, DP 849003; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation westerly to Slatey Creek; by that creek downwards to the Transmission Line from Newcastle Substation to Merewether Substation; by that transmission line easterly and south-easterly to Northville Drive; by that drive north-easterly, Crest Avenue easterly, Aroona Street generally south-easterly, Lutana Street south-easterly, Penrose Street generally north-easterly and Ridley Street and its prolongation generally south-easterly to Cockle Creek; by that creek downwards and Brush Creek and Winding Creek upwards to Lake Road; by that road generally north-easterly, Glendale Road generally south-easterly and Main Road north-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of the generally south-eastern boundary of Lot 3, DP 860494; by that prolongation and part of that boundary generally south-westerly to Winding Creek, aforesaid; by that creek upwards to Main Northern Railway, aforesaid, generally north-easterly to Winding Creek, aforesaid; by that creek upwards to the north-western prolongation of Sturt Street; by that prolongation, street, Main Street and Myall Road generally south-easterly, Newcastle Street northerly, Main Road aforesaid, and Cardiff Road generally north-easterly, Charlestown Road generally southerly, Carnley Avenue generally north-easterly and Bridges Road, aforesaid, generally northerly to the point of commencement.
