Boundary Description

Commencing at the intersection of the generally south-eastern boundary of Shire of Tumbarumba and the boundary between the States of New South Wales and Victoria: and bounded thence by the former boundary generally north-westerly, the generally south-western boundary of Holbrook Shire generally north-westerly, the generally south-eastern and generally northern boundaries of Culcairn Shire generally north-easterly and generally westerly, the generally south-western and the generally north-western boundaries of Lockhart Shire generally north-westerly and generally north-easterly, the generally western, the generally northern and the generally north-eastern boundaries of the City of Wagga Wagga generally northerly, generally easterly and generally south-easterly and the generally northern boundary of Tumbarumba Shire generally easterly to the centre of Talbingo Reservoir; by the centre of that reservoir generally south-easterly to Yarrangobilly River at Lobs Hole; by that river, Wallace Creek, Stable Creek and Milk Shanty Creek and its prolongation upwards to the generally south-eastern boundary of Tumut Shire; by part of that boundary and the generally south-eastern boundary of Tumbarumba Shire, aforesaid, generally south-westerly to the point of commencement.
