Boundary Description
Commencing at the junction of the boundary between the States of New South Wales and Queensland with the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that boundary generally south-westerly to the generally western boundary of Tweed Shire; by that boundary generally southerly and part of the generally southern boundary of that shire generally easterly to Casino-Murwillumbah Railway; by that railway generally north-westerly to the creek flowing through Lot 2, DP 617184 and Lot 4, DP 621019; by that creek upwards to Cudgera Road, by that road and Cudgera Creek Road generally north-easterly to a southern tributary of Cudgera Creek; by that tributary and Cudgera Creek downwards to the north-western prolongation of a track running through Lot 525, DP 822860; by that prolongation and track generally south-easterly and Coast Road south-westerly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of DP 413085; by that prolongation, boundary and the northern boundary of DP 210126 and its prolongation easterly to the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid, and by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally northerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
