Commencing at the intersection of the generally northern boundary of Walcha Shire and Main Northern Railway: and bounded thence by part of that boundary generally westerly, part of the generally south western boundary of Uralla Shire generally north-westerly and part of the generally northernmost boundary of Parry Shire generally westerly to Namoi River; by that river downwards and Halls Creek and Wisemans Arm Creek upwards to Wisemans Arm Road; by that road generally southerly to the generally southern boundary of Manilla Shire; by part of that boundary generally westerly, part of the generally eastern, the generally north-western and part of the generally western boundaries of Gunnedah Shire generally northerly, generally south-westerly and generally south-easterly to Oxley Highway; by that highway generally easterly, the road from Mullaley to Gunnedah via Millie Ridge and Dimberoy and Etondale Homesteads generally south-easterly and generally north-easterly and the road via Fassifern Homestead within Portion 109, Parish of Wondoba, County of Pottinger generally south-easterly and generally north-easterly to the transmission line traversing Mirridong Hill; by that transmission line south-easterly to the road from Mirridong Homestead to Wandoba Road; by that road generally south-easterly and Wandoba Road south-westerly to the western prolongation of the road forming the northern boundary of Portion 15, Parish of Digby; by that prolongation and road easterly, the road forming part of the eastern boundary of that portion and the northern and eastern boundaries of Portion 14 southerly, easterly and southerly, the road from Tamarang to Curlewis via Voca Stud and Breeza Gully Homesteads easterly and the road from Curlewis to Lake Goran via Calala Homestead generally southerly to the generally south-eastern boundary of Parish of Brown; by part of that boundary generally north-easterly to Boori Road; by that road and the road from Breeza State Forest to the road from Curlewis to Breeza via Dixie Homestead generally north-easterly, the road from Breeza to Curlewis via Dixie Homestead south-easterly, the continuation of the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Part Lot 9, DP 19212 across the Werris Creek-Mundindi Railway and that road north-easterly, Pullaming Stock Route south-easterly, Long Point Road generally easterly, the road from Breeza to Carroll via Emohruo Homestead northerly, Denver Lane easterly, northerly and easterly, the road from Mimbil Homestead to The Park Homestead northerly and the road from Carroll to Currabubula via Piallaway generally south-easterly to the generally western boundary of Parry Shire; by part of that boundary generally southerly, part of the generally northern boundary of Quirindi Shire generally easterly, the generally south-western and the generally southern boundaries of Nundle Shire generally south-easterly and generally easterly, the generally southern and part of the generally eastern boundaries of Walcha Shire generally easterly and generally northerly to Cobcroft Trail; by that trail and Mooreback Road generally north-easterly to Petticoat Swamp Creek; by that creek, Boggy Creek, Green Gully Creek and Apsley River downwards to the generally northern boundary of Walcha Shire, aforesaid, and by part of that boundary generally westerly to the point of commencement.
