Boundary Description

Commencing at the mouth of Jewells Swamp on the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Portion 413 Parish of Wallarah County of Northumberland; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation westerly to the generally eastern shore of Lake Munmorah; by that shore, the generally northern and generally western shores of that lake generally northerly, generally westerly and generally southerly to Hammond Canal; by that canal generally south-westerly to the generally northern shore of Budgewoi Lake; by that shore generally westerly to Wallarah Creek; by that creek upwards to the Pacific Highway; by that highway generally north-easterly and Wyee Road generally north-westerly to the generally southern boundary of the City of Lake Macquarie; by part of that boundary generally northerly to the generally western shore of Lake Macquarie at Wyee Bay; by that shore generally north-easterly to Skye Point; by a line north-easterly to Cold Tea Canal on the generally eastern shore of Lake Macquarie; by that shore generally northerly to the western prolongation of Warners Bay Road; by that prolongation and road generally easterly, Wilsons Road generally south-easterly, Violet Town Road generally southerly and Croudace Road generally north-easterly to the northern prolongation of the westernmost eastern boundary of Portion 1651 Parish of Kahibah County of Northumberland; by that prolongation and boundary generally southerly, the generally north-eastern and part of an eastern boundary of that portion generally south-easterly and southerly to Frazers Creek; by that creek, Crokers Creek and the centre line of Jewels Swamp, aforesaid, downwards to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
