Boundary Description

Commencing at the intersection of the northern prolongation of Burril Street North (Ulladulla) and the low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that prolongation and street southerly, Nurrawalee Street westerly, Princes Highway generally north-westerly, the road forming the northern boundary of Lot 20, DP 597513 and its continuation westerly, the road forming the western boundary of Lot 9, DP 859881 and its continuation southerly and Tuckerman Road and its prolongation westerly to the eastern boundary of Portion 92, Parish of Ulladulla, County of St Vincent; by part of that boundary and the eastern boundary of Portion 161 and its prolongation southerly to Stony Creek; by that creek downwards to the northern shore of Burrill Lake; by that shore generally westerly and the western shore of that lake generally southerly to the generally southern boundary of the Parish of Ulladulla; by part of that boundary generally westerly to the road from Milton to Burrill Lake; by that road generally south-westerly and the road to Mimosa Park Homestead generally north-westerly to Boyne Creek; by that creek and Clyde River downwards and Currowan Creek upwards to the generally south-eastern boundary of Tallaganda Shire; by part of that boundary generally north-easterly and the generally north-eastern boundary of that shire generally north-westerly to Shoalhaven River; by that river (forming part of the generally eastern boundary of Mulwaree Shire) downwards to the south-eastern prolongation of Riversdale Road; by that prolongation and road generally north-westerly, Illaroo Road generally north-easterly, Flannery Road generally north-westerly, Browns Mountain Road generally northerly, the road from the last mentioned road to Beaumont via Ocean View and Dunrose Homesteads generally north-easterly, Cambewarra Road westerly and north-easterly and Tourist Road generally north-easterly to a north-eastern branch of Jaspers Creek intersecting the last mentioned road approximately 200 metres from its junction with Berry Mountain Road; by that branch creek, Jaspers Creek, Broughton Creek and Shoalhaven River, aforesaid, downward to the low water mark of South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid; by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally south-westerly to the point of commencement (exclusive of the Commonwealth Territory at Jervis Bay and inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
