Boundary Description

Commencing at the confluence of Porters Creek and Lane Cove River: and bounded thence by that creek upwards to Wicks Road; by that road south-westerly, Epping Road south-easterly, Pittwater Road generally southerly, Magdala Road north-westerly, Cressy Road, a line across Kittys Creek, again Cressy Road, a line, again Cressy Road, a line through Pidding Park, and again Cressy Road south-westerly, Victoria Road north-westerly and generally westerly and Princes Street and its prolongation generally south-westerly to the low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River; by that low water mark upwards to the south-western prolongation of Wharf Road; by that prolongation and road and Marsden Road generally north-westerly, Terry Road north-easterly, Epping Avenue north-westerly, Wingate Avenue and its prolongation generally south-easterly to Main Northern Railway; by that railway northerly to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of SP 20739; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation easterly to Ball Avenue; by that avenue generally north-easterly and Blaxland Road north-westerly to Terrys Creek; by that creek downwards to the north-western prolongation of Abuklea Road; by that prolongation and road south-easterly, Balaclava Road north-easterly, Epping Road, aforesaid, south-easterly, Herring Road north-easterly, Talavera Road south-easterly and Alma Road and its prolongation north-easterly to Lane Cove River, aforesaid, and by that river downwards to the point of commencement.
