Boundary Description

Commencing at the confluence of Breakfast Creek and Eastern Creek: and bounded thence by the former creek upwards to the north-eastern prolongation of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 123, DP 31687; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation south-westerly to Stephen Street; by that street north-westerly, Mort Street southerly and Cardiff Street westerly to the northern prolongation of Boyd Street; by that prolongation, street and its prolongation southerly to Main Western Railway; by that railway generally easterly to the road bridge over that railway at Toongabbie; by that bridge and Wentworth Avenue north-easterly and Fitzwilliam Road south-easterly to Pendle Creek; by that creek and Toongabbie Creek downwards to Old Windsor Road; by that road and Windsor Road generally north-westerly to the generally north-western boundary of the City of Blacktown; by part of that boundary (formed in part by Bandon Road and South Creek) generally south-westerly to Richmond Road; by that road generally south-easterly to the south-western prolongation of the generally north-western boundary of Lot 61, DP 777770; by that prolongation and boundary generally north-easterly, the generally northern boundary of Lot 3, DP 634220 and the northern boundaries of Lot 13, DP 17357, Lot 1, DP 403301, a line, and Lot 8, DP 392822 (and its prolongation) generally easterly to Eastern Creek, aforesaid, and by that creek upwards to the point of commencement.
